Excitement

Tonight, when I picked up Ian from daycare, I found that he now has his very own cubby! We no longer will need to take a diaper bag to daycare each day as we are able to store a change of clothes, extra jacket and other needs in Ian's cubby. It is a sure sign that Ian has graduated from infant to toddler at daycare. My big boy.

Also tonight we had a bit of a mess in the oven. The other night Chris made a cheesecake. Apparently some spilled over the edge of the pan unknown to him. So tonight when we went to make dinner the oven started to smoke as the mess began to burn. I peaked in the oven window to find a wee fire burning. Chris masterfully pulled out the burning chunk and doused its flame. That's it for our minor excitement for the evening.
