One day Ian kept taking his books to this wall and sitting to read them. It was so cute that I had to get a picture.
Up on Daddy's recliner. I took a bunch of pictures on Ian flipping through his book on the recliner, and I used a slower shutter speed so catch some of the motion. Check out the whole set on my Flickr Photostream.
As Ian looked though this book he said "bay" a few times pointing out the pictures of babies in the book. While Ian's words are not perfect, he is acquiring more and more every day it seems. The other day I took him with me to Target and we went down an aisle there was a misplaced ball on one of the shelves. Ian pointed at it and said "baa" to let me know what was there. Then he said "baa" with the tone that he wanted it, and when I didn't give to him as we passed he said again "BAA" protesting.
While Ian reads I notices that he wiggles his toes. So I took a few pictures right at his feet to make them the focal point. While you don't know they are wiggling, they are still super cute little feet!
Ian got his hair cut on Saturday, and it was the worst hair cut yet! He was so wiggly and uncooperative this time, and his hair ended up not very even. I felt so badly for the lady cutting his hair; she was so patient but still it has to suck trying to cut kids hair.
And the other new thing that Ian learned to climb this week is the coffee table! He has been making attempts over and over and being told to get down. However, Saturday night while Chris was at the hockey game I will sitting on the couch and I looked up to see this! Luckily my camera was right next to me so I could snap a couple pictures as I told Ian to get down.
Tonight Ian had some chicken nuggets for dinner. I cut them in half to help cool them faster...little did I know that cutting them would also make them wonderful for mini-wall building. He even used the ketchup as a mortar, dipping each nugget piece in he ketchup before placing it in a row with the others. My kid is a cute little weirdo.
Check out more pictures from the week, and a few videos HERE.

Thats great how Ian enjoys his books. I hope that always continues. He is so cute lining everything up even his chicken nuggets. LOL He makes me think of my Dad the way he moves his feet. That was so cute.
I see what you mean about Mason, the guard dog. LOL Maybe he's hard of hearing or just throughly chilled out! Enjoyed all of the photos.
