The Living Room

Well I was going to wait until the living room was fully in order to take some pictures to post here but I have come to the conclusion that it will never be put together enough. So please ignore that fact that our couch still doesn't have the feet back on it, there are no curtains, and there is junk covering the tables...it is our house and we LIVE here.

Here you can see our new safety gate on the entry way. It is just about the nicest baby/dog gate there is. It really isn't for Ian, it is to keep Mason from running out the front door again.
Hockey on the TV as per usual, and a lamp that is missing a lamp shade. (Yeah we still have a lot to do to get this room together.)
Oh also ignore the random green door. We have no idea what to do with that door. It is still the green the room was when we moved it. The middle is glass painted green and the door lock has a skeleton key (which is the only cool part about the door). I call it the door to Narnia...

I just love how the new carpet is so plush that it still changes color when we walk across it. Our old stuff was so matted down you could have rubbed an anvil on it for a week and it wouldn't change anything.
