Our March Madness of getting ready for the carpet to get installed has paid off. Our carpet was installed on Friday and I looks and feels amazing. You can see it in some of the pictures below. Once we get the living and dining rooms set up finalized and everything into place I will take some room views to post.

Our favorite place to play until the carpet was installed was on our bed.
Our local Target got in a lot of New York Rangers apparel...why New York and not the Detroit Red Wings I don't know, but it went on clearance really fast.
Sleepy boy Thursday night before the carpet was installed. Our house was quite a mess, with furniture piled in Ian's room, our room and the kitchen. Ian and Mason didn't know what to think about it all.
Friday night after the carpet was installed Dan and Chantel came over to entertain Ian while Chris and I moved the furniture back. Dan ended up helping move furniture as well.
Chantel was flying Ian around the room after us. He had a great time.

Chantel is expecting in August. Here Dan was telling Ian there was a baby in her belly, and Ian reached out and touched Chantel's belly. Chantel said that it made the baby move. It was so sweet I ran for the camera.
Saturday morning play time. Ian has been playing long and hard recently. He reminds me of my brother when he was little. He would sit and play with his cars for what seemed like hours. I think Ian will be able to play alone like that as he gets bigger and has a longer attention span.
Playing on the pretty new carpet on Saturday. Ian loves that he can enjoy rolling around on the floor now. We love that it is clean and we can safely put Ian down on the floor without worry that he will get sick from the old ratty carpet.
