Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day!  We had a nice and relaxing day at home.  Our big exciting part of the weekend was having Sarah come to visit with us.  Ian adores Sarah and no matter how long between seeing her Ian latches right on to her like he sees her every day.  We enjoyed an evening playing and then Sarah, Chantel and I had a girl's night out to the movies to see The Lightning Thief.  It was just what the doctor ordered but as usual we had so much fun I totally forgot to take pictures!

Ian is just crazy about his toys these days.  He will just sit and play and play talking to himself and his toys the whole time.  Since it takes forever to upload pictures and video check out the full set from the weekend here!

Vroom, and down the elevator shift the car goes!

Taking a break to watch the Hot Dog Dance on Mickey Mouse Club House.  No dancing with it today however.

Working hard playing.  I just got him five more of these little cars to add to his collection he got from Grandpa Tony for Christmas.  He loves driving them around making Vroom noises.

At lunch today Ian was rambling a lot!  He kept saying "Bye-bye Mom bye."  We were pretty sure he wanted to get out of the house but he also might have wanted to go to Mumbai, we are not totally sure.  So we took him to Target and got him his very own big boy cup with monkeys on it and a waterproof mattress pad for his new big boy bed just in case.

We are working on drinking from a cup without the sippy top.  So far it is a fairly wet affair, but he gets the idea.  Now we have a tiny little kid size cup for him, hopefully that will help a lot.

And on the latest episode of your favorite soap opera "As The Bath Tub Fills" the main character runs around without a shirt.  Those soap operas are all the same...men running around without shirts for no good reason.  At least they found a way to cut the budget a little not having to buy shirts and all.

Checking on the status of the tub filling up.  Time for a bath!  Good night y'all!
