Highlights

Some highlights since out last post:

• Ian has thrown himself dramatically on the floor approximately 2,478 times.
• He finally started scooting around the house on his ride on toy the correct way, forward.  A for creativity in all the other ways Ian found to use the rind on but it is nice to see him use it the way it was intended for once.
• We figured out that the reason Ian's cop car (that he got for his birthday) wasn't working was because it needed new batteries.  After a quick battery change the car is now one of the most played with toys of the weekend.
• Ian told his Daddy "I love you" or at least that is what it sounded like.  After asking a dozen times he still refuses to say it to me.
• He said, "Oh Man!" a LOT!
• Mason peed on Ian's brand new bedroom rug...TWICE!  (Anyone want a slightly used pug?)
• It has now been more than a week since Chris last used his cane. Still a ways to go before he is back to normal, but his knee is doing great.
• I ordered molds for a little project I am working on...I am going to open an Esty shop to sell shaped crayons and maybe other little crafts if things go well.  More on that sometime soon.
• We learned that going to Toys R Us means bad things for our bank account when we can't leave without buying the toy Ian wants, the toy Mommy thinks would be coolest, and the toy Daddy just can't live without buying for Ian.
• Ian finally likes something other than Toy Story!  He is now enjoying Cars and Finding Nemo also.  Yay for variety on the TV!
