I Cut Ian's Hair

I cut Ian's hair.

*I picked the best after picture that doesn't show how very much I suck and cutting hair.  The short version of the story is that Ian HATES getting his hair cut.  As in spitting, kicking, screaming, sweating hates getting his hair cut. 

The last time I took him to get a haircut I felt so horrible for inflicting him on the stylist that I had to give her such a big tip that I simply can't afford to do that every time this kid needs a haircut.

So I bought a trimmer and Chris and I decided to try to do it ourselves. 

All went well considering it was my first time cutting hair and my subject was constantly flailing around. Then my final task was trimming around his right ear.  That is when it all went to hell.

The best thing I can say about it is that I will do better next time, and hair grows back.

My poor child!  Good thing he is too young to know to be embarrassed by his mother.
